Our accreditation process is open to applications from institutions that demonstrate a strong commitment to educational quality. The evaluation focuses on ensuring that each accredited institution has the structural, academic, and ethical conditions to be part of our international network.

Our methodology is a structured process designed to ensure that each accredited program reflects the highest standards of excellence, relevance, and professional applicability.
Submission of the formal application and institutional documentation.
Our Committee thoroughly reviews the curriculum, graduate profile, methodologies, teaching staff, and teaching materials.
Clarification meetings are held and a technical report is issued with the Committee's decision.
Upon approval, the institutional certification agreement is signed and the institution is formally integrated into the network.
Authorization to issue diplomas and certificates to students in the accredited programs.
To maintain the quality, traceability, and operability of the process, certification involves a clear and defined cost structure.
USD 250 (one-time payment for administrative evaluation).
USD 299 (upon approval, for the issuance of recognition).
USD 199 (to remain active in the registry and receive support).
The certification is initially valid for one year and is renewable upon presentation of evidence of continuous improvement.

MCA University, as a private US institution, guarantees that certified programs meet the highest international academic quality standards. This certification represents a seal of quality and technical solvency that constitutes solid backing in global professional and academic environments. It is not equivalent to a government degree, and validation is a personal process in each country. Transcripts are issued with an apostille from The Hague.

By using our brand, your institution assumes shared responsibility for maintaining the highest ethical and quality standards, aligning itself with our principles of excellence and traceability. Misuse of the name or logo in non-certified programs is strictly prohibited, and such infringement will entitle MCA Open University to revoke certification and initiate appropriate legal action.
The use of the name, visual identity, registered trademark, coats of arms, or institutional logos of MCA Open University may only be applied to promotional materials and documentation for programs that have been certified and comply with the terms of the signed agreement. It is prohibited to use the name of MCA Open University in non-certified programs.
The certification process is based on the principles of good faith and shared responsibility. The institution must provide accurate, up-to-date, and verifiable information, implement the approved programs without altering the validated content, and ensure that it acts in accordance with established ethical and professional principles.
Any misuse of the name or logo will entitle MCA Open University to revoke the certification. If irregularities, document falsification, or serious inconsistencies are detected in the information provided, the institution is subject to the cancellation of the certification for both the center and the students involved.
All information provided will be treated under strict standards of confidentiality and data protection. MCA Open University guarantees the exclusive use of the information for academic evaluation purposes and data protection in accordance with current US privacy laws.
